"Mobile site felt a bit clunky"
I was able to find the parts I needed, but the mobile checkout wasn’t the smoothest. It froze on me once and felt slow overall, which made me a little unsure about the quality of the whole experience.

I’ve ordered from Dennis Kirk a few times now, and they usually seem to have a better selection than a lot of other sites. This time I found the exact tires I needed plus a couple small parts, and everything showed as in stock. The shopping part was easy and I didn’t really have any issues. If anything, my only problem was bad timing on my end because I waited longer than I should have to order. Overall, no complaints.

I felt kind of embarrassed because I kept struggling to find the parts I needed. The catalog just felt a bit messy and confusing to me, and I ended up spending way more time searching than I expected.

"Refund took way too long"
I sent my item back and then just sat around waiting forever for the refund. Had to email them twice just to get some kind of basic answer, and all they really said was that it was processing. Cool, but then nothing happened for days. Frustrating overall and just not worth the headache for me. I won’t be ordering from denniskirk.com again.

"Support was actually super helpful"
I had a fitment question before ordering some parts for my bike, and the guy I talked to in support totally knew what I was talking about. He didn’t rush me at all, which I really appreciated. Ended up getting the right part the first time, so I’m happy with Dennis Kirk

"Pretty good order, just a tiny shipping delay"
I ordered a couple of parts for my bike from Dennis Kirk, and yeah, everything showed up in good shape. The prices seemed fair to me, and the website was easy to get around.
Shipping did take, like, maybe a day or two longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a big deal or anything. Once the package actually got moving, the tracking updated just fine.
Overall, I’m happy with how it went. I’d definitely order from Dennis Kirk again if I need more bike parts.

"Bad timing made the site even more frustrating"
I did eventually find what I was looking for, but the site was kind of a hassle to get through. To be fair, I might’ve just caught it at a bad time because some pages were loading really slow and the filters weren’t working that well. I kept having to go back and search again, which got annoying fast. Checkout was fine once I got there, but the browsing part definitely wasn’t very smooth...

"Easy updates from start to finish"
After I placed my order, I got clear emails letting me know what was going on, including when it shipped, so I wasn’t left guessing. The tracking was easy to follow too. It was a simple experience, but that’s exactly what I wanted. I’d definitely order from them again

"Parts were fine, but the directions could be better"
The parts fit like they were supposed to, so I can’t really complain about that. But the install instructions felt bare-bones. I just think if a company is going to sell something people have to put together or install themselves, it’s only fair to give clear, helpful guidance. I got it done, but better directions would’ve made the experience a lot less frustrating

I had a bad feeling after ordering from denniskirk.com. The info on the site did not match what happened with my order. Support was not very clear either. Maybe other people had a better experience. But I do not really trust this brand now...

"Good parts, shipping was just a little slow"
I ordered a few parts from Dennis Kirk for my bike, mostly because I had finally gotten around to dealing with some stuff I’d been putting off in the garage for way too long. Overall, I’m happy with what showed up. Everything looked right out of the box, didn’t feel cheap, and I didn’t run into any weird fitment issues when I went to install it.
I’ve been using the parts for a while now, including on a couple longer rides where I stopped for gas at the same place I always do, and they’ve held up well so far. The only reason I’d knock it down to 4 stars is that shipping took a little longer than I expected, but the quality of the parts themselves was solid.

I found what I needed fast, and checkout only took about a minute. There weren’t any weird extra steps or payment issues, which was nice because that kind of stuff always feels preventable. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’d definitely order from Dennis Kirk again.

Not gonna lie, I was a little unsure ordering parts for my bike from Dennis Kirk since I hadn’t used them before, but everything showed up looking legit. The packaging and parts looked exactly like the real brand stuff, and I didn’t run into any issues. Shipping was decent, not crazy fast, but not bad either. I’m giving it one star off just because the tracking was slow to update

Setting up and changing my account settings was straightforward. I started to reset my password and, well, the password reset took a bit longer than I expected, but everything worked in the end.

"I had to file a warranty..."
I had to file a warranty claim on a jacket, it went smoother than I expected. Dennis Kirk got everything taken care of after a couple emails. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, but in the end it all worked out, so I’m happy with it.

"Mostly Right, But It Still Messed Up My Plans"
My order showed up quickly, and most of it was right, so I’ll give them that. But one small part wasn’t the exact one I picked, which was really annoying because I had plans to finish everything that day. It technically worked for the moment, so I didn’t go through the hassle of returning it, but it definitely threw off what I was trying to get done. Not a terrible experience, just wish they had checked the order more carefully.
